Director

Stewart Black MRICS MCIOB* has 34 years experience in frontline construction, working with a wide range of major companies as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. He cut his teeth training with Higgs and Hill PLC on projects as diverse as St Georges Hospital Medical School and Portsmouth Crown Court, with an interim spell at Nico, before completing his mainstream employment as the surveying boss of a 135,000 sq. ft. new build development in Boreham Wood for Alfred McAlpine Management Limited. From this point he established Stewart Black and Associates, a Chartered Quantity Surveying practice and subsequently Construction and Management Limited, a successful project managing and construction managing business specialising in commercial offices.

Peter Hogan

Peter Hogan Bsc (Hons) MRICS MIBC MAPM has 32 years project management experience, looking after major institutional clients, and has more recently increased his building surveying activity in response to high levels of demand. After graduating Peter worked at Gardiner & Theobold Quantity Surveyors before establishing his own successful professional practice, Hogan Associates, which specialises in business and strategic management and, more latterly, property management and building surveying.

Phil Pollard

Phillip Pollard MCIOB brings more years of experience to bear with a strong track record in construction and site management expertise. Phillip completed his training with Jarvis before going on to head up their Special Contracts division, managing multiple projects across regions and within different construction sectors, including rail, education and healthcare, as well as residential and commercial. After joining Stewart at American fast track fit out specialists, Nico, Phillip went on to set up his building company, servicing the South East region.
